What to Expect at Schmidt Chiropractic Clinic

The First Visit:
You can find the necessary paperwork on our website and bring it in with you completed. Dr. Thomas Schmidt will spend time with you to discuss what has brought you in and take your health history. This thorough consultation will assist us in giving you an accurate diagnosis.
The Second Visit:
The next visit will consist of a report of findings. Dr. Schmidt will give you a written report showing his extensive study of your case. We concentrate on giving scientific, evidence-based care.
During this report of findings, Dr. Schmidt will provide answers to your health questions, including: what is wrong or what is causing your pain, if we can help you, how long it will take to treat, and what the costs will be.
After Dr. Schmidt lays his recommendations at your report of findings, you then can make a full informed decision of which of the three types of care you prefer: relief care, corrective care or maintenance/disease management.
This second visit takes 45-60 minutes.
Continuing with Regular Visits:
Subsequent visits will take 10-20 minutes each. Dr. Schmidt provides all patients with high-end, quality recommendations to restore your health. We will show you our findings, and the choice to continue seeing us is up to you.
Car Accident Victims
If you are seeking help for injuries sustained during a motor vehicle accident, the first two visits will take place over three days instead of two.
We prefer to have extra time to fully explore the nature and scope of your injury. You will have the consultation and examination on the first visit, continued examination on the second visit, and a report of findings on the third visit.
Continuing with Care
Subsequent visits will take 10-20 minutes each. Dr. Schmidt provides all patients with his utmost in quality recommendations to restore your health. We will show you your findings, and the choice to continue seeing us is up to you. We document your progress so you can see your health improve.
